Our Treating Customers Fairly policy is based on the guidelines provided by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority to ensure we consistently deliver fair outcomes to our clients and take responsibility for the business and staff providing an enhanced service quality to clients, in a culture of openness and transparency. Our business is committed to treating customers fairly and complying to the requirements of the FSCA.
Complaints against a key individual or representative of RiG Advisory Service may be put in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Should you feel that the complaint remains unresolved, you may refer it to the Office of the FAIS Ombud, at email@example.com or 0860 324 766. The Ombud offers a redress mechanism for any inappropriate financial advice that clients may feel they received from a financial advisor.
